INTRODUCTION
============

This version is freeware and has been designed to be used exclusively for FSX. The panel is a creation made by me, Pablo Contouris (contoarg16@yahoo.com)
and in case of wishing the use of this panel for its distribution freeware, must communicate with me to obtain the corresponding authorization.

The flight model has its origin in the B737-200 of FFX and I have made some modifications to adapt it to version FSX and the model of 737-500. Most of the indicators they are elements pertaining to Microsoft Flight Simulator FS2004 and FSX. Some components pertaining were added to third, which were properly authorized.

I must thank for different people who authorized to the use of some gauges that there are including in this panel.

- Mainly to Bob Scott of Tinmouse II, who gave authorization me to be able to use the BMP of the panel of his B732 project.
- Other authors of gauges who I must mention are: Ken Mitchell for the indicators of the motor (justmitch@charter.net).

The objective of this panel was the following one.
- To make a panel more the possible similarity to the real one of the B737-500, extending the size of the instruments for its better visualization, the use of the greater Standard possible amount of gauges of good performance and finally to conserve the operative simplicity default of the FSX, that its previous version is much more outpost that.
- Overhead of the B737-800 was used, that although is not exactly equal, has similarity.
The conflicts of lights correspond to the models of airplanes of previous versions.
- The autopilot this based on the version Adv Sperry 177, but is default of FSX B737-800.

INSTALLATION
============

It is provided with a compressed file that contains the structure of folders to install.
Decompresses and copy the content of the folder “Panel” provided in the package and place it in the folder Panel of the airplane, previously empty, for example:
Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\B737-500\panel

Gauges will be within this folder. It does not copy them in the general folder of gauges, unless it is to him of utility in another panel.

IMPORTANT
----------
So that the panel has a correct operation, you must add or make sure that the Aircraft.cfg file has the following lines in each section:

[deice_system]

[airspeed_indicators]
airspeed_indicator.0=1
airspeed_indicator.1=1

[fuel]
electric_pump=1

[Radios]
Audio.1 = 1
Com.1 = 1, 1
Com.2 = 1, 1
Nav.1 = 1, 1, 1
Nav.2 = 1, 1, 0
Adf.1 = 1
Transponder.1 = 1
Marker.1 = 1

[Flaps.0]
flaps-position.0= 0.000
flaps-position.1= 1.000
flaps-position.2= 2.000
flaps-position.3= 5.000
flaps-position.4= 10.000
flaps-position.5= 15.000
flaps-position.6= 25.000
flaps-position.7= 30.000
flaps-position.8= 40.000

The Aircraft.cfg file this located for example in:
Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\B737-500
This configuration is necessary so that the Overhead works correctly, airspeed indicating and the radio panel.

DOCUMENTATION

You will find check list suitable for this panel and the B737-500.
This is in Word format and in addition this in format HTML to be including in checklist of the airplane if it wishes it.
For it, places it in the folder of its airplane and soon it modifies the Aircraft.cfg file and it places in the section [fltsim.XX] the following line:
